A fabulously inviting dining place. the staff is polite, attentive with a plentiful hauch of humor. very much a cozy atmosphere with excellent house kitchen. the prawn and mayonnaise sandwich was generously filled with a crispy fresh salad, accompanied by a delightful koleslaw. most acceptable price wise. as I continue my music tour through the united kingdom with my concert series, this fine dining house will certainly be on my list for a revisit. well done people!

I love this tea room visit a few times each time when I stay in earls colne, go there on Wednesday with a friend. can not fail to eat it is nice kelly john make them so welcome. Top rate.

This establishment has revitalized the local shops! A fantastic cafe that always has a wide variety of delicious food and beverages. I enjoyed their vegetarian options and my mom loved their homemade cake.

Visited this café with a group of cyclists and we had a very warm welcome. The coffee and bacon sandwiches were very good. Highly recommended.
