Feedback gevenWe came here on May 13, 2023, as a party of 12 for Mother 's Day. We have come here previously and have always enjoyed the experience. They have always treated us well.As the evening began, our server, Ricardo, was superb to us, constantly checking on us and taking our orders swiftly. When we ordered our food, the mains took about an hour and 15 minutes to get to our table, which I understand can be busy as it is Mother 's Day weekend and they want all our food out at the same time. But as we received the two orders of rack of lamb and one order of steak (all medium rare), as soon as we cut into our meals, we could see they were pretty much well done. I understand mistakes happen, and that 's no problem, but we asked for medium rare. So we talk to our waiter, who apologises to us and takes our plates to the back, and he then comes back with a person who said she was the manager and that her grandparents own the place. They then proceed to explain to the three of us that we are actually wrong and gaslight us (one of us is currently in their last year of culinary school) and that it was indeed medium rare and the chef is refusing to make another. That 's insane.They then proceeded to leave our plates at our table and basically told us it was not their fault. The three didn 't eat their meals, and only after we complained a second time did the owner come to us and say they would remake it, but it would take 40–50 minutes because there were 11 tables ahead of us. What a joke this restaurant has become! We sent the food back and got a refund on the three entrees. We will never come back, and I 'm shocked you let your chef run your restaurant like that. I have attached pictures below of the medium-rare rack of lamb.
I went to the restaurant with friends expecting a high end experience. The restaurant was over crowded and loud plus there was a lineup. We had gone with a reservation but had to wait for over half an hour just to get seated.Then the waiter came to take orders and before we started he disappeared. When bread was served after a long time he served butter for one person when he knew we were six people. The food was just okay. My friend had to go hunting for services if we needed anything. The worst part was when the bill arrived. There were two problems with it it had an item for $75 which we didn't order. When we pointed out the waiter seemed to already know about it and corrected it. When we inspected the final bill it had a large gratuity amount and the percentage was blackened with a pen. They changed 20% when I would have given them hardly anything. The restaurant is at a corner of a strip mall and I wouldn't go back again.

I must say, the food and presentation at this restaurant are absolutely amazing. The Cuban lobster tail, lamb chop, and fettuccine in champagne sauce were prepared to perfection and left me in awe. This place is our favorite spot for special occasions or treating ourselves to a decadent dinner. It never fails to impress.
This restaurant is outrageous!!! I will be posting photos with this review. Spending over $100 for a "dinner" here!! The portion sizes are comical. At first, I thought they got my order wrong, so I called to address it. The person on the phone was quite defensive, even though I was mistaken about the order. The snapper and rose pasta were decent tasting, but for the price I paid, I expected to feel full. A bag of pasta costs $4, come on, why so stingy? We decided to try this place because we often eat at Dons Restaurant right next door. For half the price, we can enjoy a delicious and satisfying meal. It's disappointing because we cancelled my birthday dinner plans due to a snowstorm and wanted to try something different for takeout. There weren't even any vegetables, this is unacceptable. And don't be fooled by their Instagram page. It seems like this restaurant, like people, only post their good days on social media.
