Swiss Chalet - Brampton

Would give zero stars if i could. I tried to place an order on the phone for pick up and they kept picking up the phone and hanging up. Very poor customer service skills.

Went to Swiss Chalet for my birthday today to find out they don't serve cake anymore. Very disappointed. Also, leaving this review as 1-star until they bring back a hot sauce like Nashville that goes well on the chalet chicken.

Grateful for this location, corner of bovaird and airport. super clean super warm wellserved. Make Canada great again.

Ordered food andgot it delivered to the home. When thedelivery guy handed our food he says 'Im not greedy, but if you are going totip X amount, then don 't tip anything atall, next time tip more . The tipping is OPTIONAL
