Vinayagar Vilas Take-out Catering

I have visited this place multiple times for picking up idiyappam, paruppu vada, panagai paniyaram and halwa. The food here is consistently good and the price is affordable. And the staff are always very pleasant and have a smile on their faces. Highly recommended.

Vinayagar Vilas is our go-to place for authentic Tamil vegetarian food. We live in Mississauga, where there're multiple options for Tamil food, however we always choose to go to Vinayagar Vilas. Food tastes delicious and the quality is amazing.

I placed an order for masala dosa and medu wada on uber eats. No doubt the portion of dosa did justice to the money I paid. But the taste was awful. I don’t know what kind of oil they use, but you can definitely taste some kind of bad oil used for cooking. Moving on to the stuffing, it was merely boiled potatoes with some black seeds( Idk what they are called). Is that it?, I have had masala dosa from so many other places, and their stuffing is really good. What more can I say about the sambhar and side of coconut sauce, I could not even ate one spoon of them. Sambhar was cold and dense, full of frozen vegetables. I’m seeing tons of good reviews but idk what for?..I had medu wada from this place before, that’s why I ordered them this time, they were also not really upto the mark. They had fennel seeds.. you guys should try to add ingredient list somewhere of what the customers are going to get in their food, cause some people do have some kind of allergies. Overall, I think I just wasted money. I feel sad to put the bad review but I think I should. Sorry to say, but other places like magadhi and dosa boys are much better!

Very good value for money.You get a variety of South Indian/Sri Lankan dishes for good prices.You would be pleased if you are here for a take out on quick snacks like vadai, samosas, modhakam etc or for dishes like putti mix, idly, upma, noodles etc.They have daily deals on their dishes.
