Best Starbucks costume service ever. I came at 6.09 and they were so friendly, helpful, polite and professional.

Today I had my heart on a leak from Starbucks when I woke up! I have a delicious Oat Milk Matcha Latte and went on my day... well 15 minutes in the day. My cart hit a pot and my drink turned completely on the head. It seems like things have come one after another lately and I was ready to turn around, go home and cancel all the rest of the day. Instead, I did something I would normally never do, and went back to get another. Nadine at Branford Starbucks without hesitation during a busy morning rush made me a new, tasty matcha in less than 2 minutes. Nadine, thank you for your goodness today. Yeah, it's just a Starbucks drink. But in a world without kindness and understanding, make air on the side of the worst case scenarios and I-Give-ups, there are people like you who really make all the differences in life. One of the busiest locations in the state. If you see a long line, skip it because you wait at least 10 minutes. I typically make a mobile order so that my drinks are ready before time. The staff is friendly and competent and the interior has been refurbished. Oh and the drinks are of course good!

The crew was very busy and from my understanding they were short staff for exclamation. Some of the customers were not very understanding. I saw a customer throw their bank card to the cash register. The staff treated with class and grace!! So professional and even apologetic for the rude customer. The team was a GREAT JOB UNDER PRESSURE

Top notch service. The baristas remember me which is so nice given I only do mobile orders! They’re also really quick and great at what they do. Never have an error in any order I’ve placed.
