If I could give negative stars, I would. After waiting an hour and seeing no progress on my tracker, I called to find out they haven’t even put it in the oven because they were waiting on a “confirmed” driver. Nobody had the courtesy to call and letus know. I canceled the order and asked for a refund. As soon as I hung up I got an alert that the charge just went through tomy bank! This is actually the second time this has happened in the last couple of months. Shame on me for even giving themanother chance. AND like many other reviewers when we have actually received our orders recently they aren’t cooked!!

I put an order for the tour around 18:25. I was told 37-45 min. I had risen at 7:10 and they had not even started my order. there were 3 people working what I usually see and he said they were short-time servants. no other explanation and very little care. bad customer service.

It took an hour to get our pizza. please do you like one and do not order from here

I have no idea what happened to this place we ordered here monthly for years. who are said, do not waste their time or frustration, their pizza will never come, they will give them the run on the phone and so do as it is on the way when it is not. even if they pay before. it's a literal sweat. sad bc I love papa johns pizza, but after this happen three times to us (beat me to give chances), we will not be back.
