I'm years of customer very much like to shop at many branches. But most of all, the Black Mountain. The selection, the food and the ambience is simply super great. I was on site with my wife on our wedding day. We were warmly welcomed again. It's just always nice to get a smile from the ladies there. You realize as a customer that you are still appreciated! After 400km highway a bakery is driven, where you can get a coffee and sit down. Toilets? No, we didn't! Isn't it mandatory to have seats in the store? I definitely don't take a break here anymore.

Addendum: Now 2 x trouble with the app. Coupons (1 coffee and a discount code for bread) could not be redeemed in the store. My husband is there every day, but no way to get the coupons again. The central office sees in the system that it didn't work. So the app is still not mature. (For regular customers, you could have found a possibility already). Now he often goes to Café Meyer in Lehndorf breakfast and no longer has to annoy himself. What is the use of the app when it comes to the customer card? Data from the map do not appear in the app. Technically not mature. A star more because it tastes every day in the branches.

Bad coffee and unfriendly staff. I occasionally go to this bakery because there are great seating and it's cozy, but rarely drank such bad coffee. The staff is usually poorly launted and reacts to customer requests (e.g., Remoulade instead of butter with occupied rolls). I would only come back because of the ambience and because in this corner unfortunately there is no bakery as an alternative.
