Feedback gevenI went to get the bogo deal from 7-8 for a 50 percent off of a large drink and it was 7:49 and the door was locked. I called and they said they had a meeting with every single jamba juice so i don’t really know if that’s true but I am very disappointed because they close at 8.
Gabby made a small P/N butter w' banana/soy drink today 3-19-2024 around, 12:45 p.m. She intentionally used brown/near rotten banana that didn't get ground up and was left chunks. I consistently spit out the overly brown/near rotten banana at least 3'x before I threw it away. I don't appreciate poor quality ingredients being used in a drink because of poor management, low visitation days, irresponsible people. This drink cost +8.00 and should have been exceptional and high quality. I live too far to return the bits I collected; did take android phone photos but was unable to attach in this review. First off I'd like to state I come here quite often and never usually have a problem but today I found it absolutely tasteless in customer service. An employee with a beard and yellow hat sat atop his head (not on his head, on top of his head) was very loud an boisterous. As I walked in he was making rude comments about some teacher (i'm guessing he had) and saying how she reminded him of the librarian from monsters inc. implying she be very unattractive, old, obese, etc. Not only was he speaking so rudely of someone at the top of his lungs but using fowl language as he did. Not to mention his customer service skills were terrible. No hi, welcome or smileas I and another person approached the counter but simply asked with a (God, why am I still here /here's another customer I'm forced to help face on) what can I get you and before even replying with an answer continuing a conversation with another employee cutting myself and another customer off. As my smoothie was being made started the blender walked off talked to earlier mentioned employee walked away to help second mentioned customer, came back ignoring my smoothie had been turned off by the employee cleaning the machines, and had to have the employee cleaning the machine remove the smoothie and put it before him for him to notice something needed to be done placed it on the counter almost walked away as if to not hand out the order I made and once again with no smile or have a good day siaid here you go staring at the computer brushing me off completely. The employee cleaning the machines even looked around like I can't believe he is acting this way and seemed to be embarrassed by the actions of her co-worker. The smoothies were perfect but I don't think I'll be coming back here because of this horrid encounter. None should act this way in a place of business I could see other customers felt very uncomfortable too.
Nelson was courteous and welcoming, the service was timely and my order was correct. Definitely worth stopping here when shopping at the mall.
So happy to have found this location. Parking ample easy to find. No tables inside, but a couple bistro tables with umbrellas, if the weather is not too hot. Good variety and well stocked. Customer Service team were all busy, seemed to work well together and were very attentive to customers.
