Costa Coffee - Breckland

This is the worst coffee I've ever had. I'm not sure what's going on with them. The flat white didn't taste like coffee at all, just like warm milk, and they've raised the price to £3.50. I will never go back, it's just a rip off.

Forgot my receipt but apart from that good service, I’ll be back and I love the coffee cream frappe. Feels like summer now

Arrived into Costa coffee shop in Thetford retail park. I stood for 15 minutes first in the queue before I was served as two too busy serving drive through

We were completely ignored by the staff for over 5 minutes until we made a comment about being invisible. They finally acknowledged us, but there was no eye contact and the seating area was filthy. The washing up sink behind the counter was also full. The girl working the drive-thru seemed more interested in getting ice than serving us. It was clear that the front of house was struggling with only one person trying to do everything. It seemed like there were no hygiene standards in place. We had to ask for utensils and won't be returning because of the terrible experience.

Few Covid 19 regulatkns being carried out in this coffee shop. No hand santizers at door enterancr and none outside toilets . Very diappointed . I will not be returning here for a coffee
