The morning crew are great people they serve me with a smile and a great attitude!!

They have never gotten my order right even once in years of going there, and the food is ALWAYS room temperature. Not sure if it’s possible to get anything hot or fresh here.

Went through the drive thru and was cut off by the lady on the speaker. Then went to the window and told them my order 3 times after waiting for 10 minutes. Then waited 20 minutes for my food and another 10 minutes for my drinks. I don't know who is in charge but this needs to stop. This is a poor poor excuse for a restaurant.

3 strikes your out!!! I'm sick of Hardees screwing up our orders with the prices they charge. Then on top of it I got breakfast couple days ago and got 2 sausage and egg biscuits which they have a big sign in front window for 2 for 5 and they charged almost 9.00 and when I questioned they said they don't participate in franchise pricing????? Then why put the sign in the window. Don't waste your time or money folks this place will be closed before the end of the year from bad service.
