Large menu staff is friendly I always get the steak tacos

I just called to order Birria tacos and I?m explaining to the woman on the phone that last time I bought some tacos they were a bit soggy and if she can please ask the cook for it to be extra crispy. She wasn?t even listing to me and hung up on me while I was still ordering.. idk if they going to make my tacos but I?m not going to pick them up . never again ordering from here.

Less than 20 tacos for $200 ! Very bad place to buy from and so expensive! Service was very poor as well

Always a problem at the brentwood spot . I called to order 15 empanadas . The ladies couldnt even take that order . Then the man wanted the money to be paid for the phone since it was a big order paid . Get a phone call 10 mins later from a young girl laughin you ordered the shrimp empanadas yeah we dont have them after i paid and on my way to them. TERRIBLE SERVICE ! Deer park spot is a little better but this is my second time rating yall on a bad experience. Then had difficulty trying to refund the money call back the girl goes oh wrong person i called they?re ready like okay .

Food is good, but they give you different prices when you're calling from the phone vs. if you are there in person. I've bought burritos here for $8.75, but if you call over the phone they charge you 9.00 plus tax plus a $2.00 delivery fee. Very strange... And if you buy drinks, they don't give you a can drink, they give you soda in cups, even though they have can drinks at the restaurant... Owner doesn't understand that to a customer, this type of service is very very bad.
