Feedback gevenDirty and had not been cleaned from the day before. Seating was old cracked and grubby. Floor covered in crumbs and ? mud We were early with only another couple. Inexcusable
Questionable Hygiene drinks were binned straight away. We have never visited this branch, normally going to Coryton further long the M4. We won’t be going back. We used the drive through for three drinks and found a hair in the foam of my sons babycino. I don’t normally take the lid off the drinks but on this occasion did, because a hair on the side of the cup wouldn’t come off. I realised it was clipped under the lid. I toll the lid off and there it was, instantly making me feel sick. All three drinks were binned and customer services contacted xxx with photos. They weren’t very interested as this is a franchise, the Magic Bean Company. Disgusting hygiene, Covid or not.
Rude girl with red hair, rolled eyes at me when I asked for it in a cup when I have paid to be sat in. She was miserable and didn’t seem like she wants to be there. It’s Starbucks who normally pride themselves on being so friendly and positive! It’s a shame!
Unable to get coffee asdidnt have card. Told it cash free business. As far as I'm concerned it will be customer free. Really need to avoid anywhere that won't take cash. There are people that don't or can't have cards. Very discriminatioary
I stopped by this restaurant on a whim and enjoyed a delicious hot chocolate and muffin. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere inside was warm and inviting. The service was great, but my only criticism is that some of the comfortable white chairs near the window were badly worn and in need of replacement. This is not the fault of the managers or staff, as it is a franchise and the owner is responsible for replacements. However, the staff was always smiling, and I will definitely be returning in the future.
