This place was okay, I didn't get everything I wanted, my receipts total was lower than my DoorDash total not sure why. My daughters side of the family is still holding their title with the best Puerto Rican food.
No indoor seating at this time but this cafeteria style eatery brings all the flavor. Choose from all the favorites.... Rice and beans, empanadas, beef, pork, etc. Portions are large and fresh and the space is clean!
Amazing food, but I have to refrain going during lunch hours because the line can take overwhelmingly long. They have the best Puerto Rican food in Bridgeport, especially their empanadas. They do a great job at keeping their store and outside area very clean. Their indoor seating is open again to sit and eat!
Small spot in a kind of run down area of Bridgeport that seems like it is a total hidden gem. In addition to their staples of Spanish food they also have homemade ice cream and frozen ice. They only had 3 flavors of ice cream when I came, and no cones. Indoor seating only. I got the pistachio ice cream and it was very flavorful and creamy, but it was also both kid of gummy and icey. Every time I've ordered from here, the pork is dry and the rice is undercooked. Won't be going here anymore. And their mofongo is not good at all, it was very dry and flavorless.
