I placed an online order at 3:05 PM for two sandwiches and a pizza, which was supposed to be ready by 4:15 PM. However, we didn’t receive our sandwiches until after 4:45 PM. I had already tipped 20% for the online order, and when I requested a partial refund, I was told, “we are busy and doing our best, we can’t give any kind of refund.” The food was hastily prepared and did not match the quality we experienced when we visited a couple of years ago—possibly because I had previously raised a concern. If you plan to visit during a busy time, be prepared to wait 1.5 to 2 hours for your order. This was quite disappointing, as we had been looking forward to returning for the past year.

If you're in the area, this place is a must-visit! It has a charming atmosphere and offers a selection of wine, beer, and snacks. The pizzas looked and smelled fantastic! We only had a light lunch, so we opted for the chicken pesto sandwich, which was absolutely amazing! The bread was spot-on, the pesto was just right, and the cheese pull was delightful! We shared one sandwich, and it was more than sufficient for us. The outdoor patio is lovely, and the staff are very friendly. You order at the counter, and they'll bring your food to your table. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The restaurant offers fresh ingredients and a welcoming staff. The pizza is delicious and quite filling. Additionally, the small market has an excellent selection of meats, cheeses, and homemade desserts that you can take home after enjoying your meal.

We’ve eaten in this place multiple time over the years as it is conveniently located and it’s a nice place overall in the area.I am puzzled that over the years they have not mastered to not burn your pizza ….and they still proudly serve it …This time around we’ve ordered 5 pizzas (large group) and only one was not that bad burdened the rest where almost carbonized and they still got served to us.The only thing I could say that the place is a hit or miss depending if they will burn your pizza or not…

I am a former resident of Illinois, so I've had my fair share of pizza. This is without a doubt in my top 3 pizza places of all time! The roman style fennel sausage pizza is absolutely top notch. The crispy thick crust puzza is good as well, but I prefer the roman style.
