Hands down best pies in Bright and beyond. Even the coffee here is Topps. Super dog friendly too. Steak and red wine, steak and mushrooms and a curry steak pie were sampled along with a soy latte, double shot oat flat white and a regular white coffee. The service was absolutely lovely and I regret only ordering eating two pies my myself . Don't miss this place!
Stopped in for some breakfast while in Bright. A wide array of pies and cakes available, with sausage rolls, coffee and cold drinks plentiful. I like the traditional recipes for my pies, but upon seeing a Thai Green Curry Pie on the menu I knew I had to try it. A well made pie, the filling was creamy and delicious with just the right amount of chili wrapped in a flakey pastry. Tasted just like a Thai Green Curry I'd make at home! Also got a coffee and this was well brewed and not too hot. I'll definitely be stopping back in here with my family when we visit next, a real treat at great value.
I have attained heaven. The crust thickness was beautiful. 1.mm of the fluffiest, flaky and crispy crust all around. The golden ratio. For every 1 cubic centimetre of gravy, there were THREE cubic centimetres of juicy, tender and mouth in your mouth goodness pieces of meat. This absolute behemoth of a pie is wrapped in a tin foil shell. Eating this has made me a sigma male It is a violation against society that the pie is this good. It has changed my perspective on life, knowing that every pie that I eat from now will be worthless. *Iamb and mint jelly pie
Stopped in and got 2 beef and mushroom pies for eat in. Both pies came out immediately and were filled with big chunks of perfectly cooked steak and mushrooms. The pie crust was nice and crispy unlike a lot of soggy pies and didn’t look like dog food filled with mince. This pie did not need sauce at all. Will go back
