Chipotle Mexican Grill - Brighton

This place is great as long as you are the same color as the people behind the counter. I watched and have watched many times before where some people get a nice or exceedingly serving going through the line and then I come through and don't get a third of what they got and I'm paying $28 for two meals. Not anymore, I'll go across the street to the Texas Roadhouse and get a steak, potato,salad and rolls for the same price. And tonight's steak had big chunks of fat in it. No More!

I ordered catering for a get together to be ready at 515. My husband went to pick it up and they said it wasn’t ready. They waited for 30 minutes and my husband checked on it and they said they didn’t have it. 20 minutes later they were like oh here it is. The food was cold. They didn’t offer a refund. Super disappointed!!!!!!! Do not go to this location.

First off, the service is atrocious. Just unfriendly. Almost hostile in a passive aggressive way. Compared to other Chipotles, portions sizes are somewhat skimpy. 32 dollars for two regular bowls? Not clean at all. This is the only Chipotle where they ask you if it's for here or to go. Every other one I've been to give you a lid for your food so you can take it with you regardless. This was the second time we've been to this establishment. The first time some criminal keyed my girlfriend's car. Two thumbs down.

Yet again here I am at Chipotle with some of the worst service ever. Each time I go in they try to give me the smallest spoonful of everything but yet charge me $2.70 for the smallest smattering of guacamole. The staff speak Spanish and expects that you don't know what they're saying but talk about you to your face. One lady said I'm too fat to be eating here. It is insulting and rude. Management never gets back to you when you complain. This is my third review and I have yet to get an email or a phone call. Last time the woman sneezed in my face and yet not one manager called. I have had nothing but problems each and every time I have come to this place. And again management does nothing about it. So no I would not recommend you go to this Chipotle save your money there's plenty of other places to eat.

One word! Barf! Brighton CO is a joke when it comes to food anywhere! Don’t know why I gave this place a go. Maybe because I was hungrier than ever! The food right down to the presentation of it looked like garbage ?️ in the trash can! Ate it and that how it tasted too. I pray to god I won’t get E-coli. If you want expensive diarrhea. Go for it!
