Mcdonald's - Brighton

Such a sweet girl in the register! Helpful and brought our meal to us while we were still eating. Which also shows how fast the food was ready. Hit and tasty. Very clean bathroom and also dining room. They were made of mild sauce and the espresso machine was down. But this is more manager/company and not shocking at all. It's not easy to be perfect!

Nice clean facilities. Very busy as it was a Saturday night. I waited for the counter for a few minutes before I was noticed. I ordered a middle shake I suspect was the manager. Well, when he made it and put whipped cream on the top he noticed that there was a hair on the cover. He shot it and made another one on the house. This is customer service, nowadays it is hard to find. I would recommend this McDonald's without hesitation

I'm on this McDonalds almost every other day! Some of the employees do not have an excellent customer service and the others. This is expected at a fast food joint! When my order is grounded, they are more than willing to make it right. There is an employee who has made me write this review. Your name is Shayla? I don't know how to write it. All I got was a drink and she brought into the first window, so I didn't have to wait! I never had anything bad to say about this place:

They correct more than the McDonald on Hwy 85. Fast service, also with special orders.
