Noodle Land - Brimbank

This restaurant is part of a chain that serves a variety of Asian cuisine, but they may not be experts in all of them, so the quality can be hit or miss. I have tried several dishes and found about 4 that I would recommend out of the 50 or so available. They are very quick with service, but sometimes the meat is not heated enough as it is pre-boiled and reheated. Ingredients are chosen from a chilled area, so customers can customize their dishes. I would suggest trying the nasi goreng, although it may not taste exactly like the one I had in Indonesia, it is still a flavorful and spicy rice dish.

I had a craving for Chicken Tom Kha soup on a Sunday night and this restaurant completely satisfied it. We opted for the banquet and were not disappointed.
