The Cathay Rendezvous - Bristol

This is the top Chinese restaurant in Bristol. Every time we visit, it never disappoints. Richard, the owner, is incredibly friendly and professional. The staff are patient and helpful. Highly recommend for a lovely Chinese dining experience in the city of Bristol. Needless to say, the food is fantastic.

A really nice restaurant, perfect for dinner or for a party. we booked one of the private rooms and set their Chinese New Year menu. the team went beyond and beyond to welcome us. eating was incredible and we are so noticeable that they adapted our eating to make it suitable for the party. we thought eating was very tasty and the team has taken all our needs. they are so friendly and pleasant and we could not be happier with the hospitality we receive. many thanks that they have us, we have enjoyed visiting and we cannot wait to come back. we will definitely come back!

The dining experience was beautiful and the service was excellent. The restaurant offers traditional Chinese dishes and the staff is very understanding. It is rare to find such high quality dining in Bristol.

I had a somewhat disappointing dining experience at this restaurant. The staff were fantastic and provided excellent service, accommodating my food preferences. I would highly recommend trying the noodles, though the crispy chicken was not up to par.

Ate here with a large group so were booked into a relatively private space and got the set menu. Food was decent although the duck pancakes could’ve had crispier duck. Overall standard Chinese takeaway fare but very enjoyable. Some basic cocktails are offered, nothing special but executed well enough given the setting I wouldn’t usually expect any cocktail option. The staff here were very helpful and friendly, couldn’t ask for more here! Very enjoyable meal and would recommend for a large group.
