Great staff and food all the food was hot and cooked as we waited. Yes you have to wait for your food, Yes they run out of mini fillet all the time BUT the staff I have always found helpful and friendly. Our food was delishus today and yesterday and on other occasions. Hot wings are extra spicy here so nice. Give them a try guys.

The Zinger burgers were very dry, with barely any salad cream or mayo and lacking any actual salad. Hot drinks were not available, and the ambiance was dampened by a large brown stain on the wall. The women's toilets were a disaster - 4 cubicles, with two overflowing with toilet paper, one with no door, and another with a door that wouldn't stay shut. Overall, not a pleasant dining experience, it would be preferable to use the facilities at the nearby galleries.

I went to KFC on Union Street today with my children, and there was a missing item in our order. They didn't inform me that they had run out of rice. When I brought it to their attention, the manager was very rude and disrespectful towards a vulnerable disabled person. I would recommend not visiting this branch as it is a waste of money and time.

This restaurant was a waste of money and time. The fillet burger seemed to be made from a sparrow rather than a chicken. I was disappointed by the lack of a decent size fillet and burger. I initially thought they had given me mini fillets, but it turns out those were supposed to be normal size. The picture of a large burger on the menu did not match the reality of a tiny bap with popcorn chicken. I would suggest avoiding this place.
