I was there for a few minutes and the person behind the counter was rude and unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome. I decided not to order anything and left. It's odd and unpleasant for a coffee shop to have such unwelcoming service. I would not recommend this place.
I went to a restaurant with my partner and ordered 2 chai lattes with milk. I paid for the order and confirmed it. The manager realized they made a mistake and gave us regular lattes instead. I offered to pay the difference, but the manager insisted it was their fault. When our correct drinks finally arrived, they still got the order wrong. I mentioned it to the staff and they made us new chai lattes. However, when I tried to pay the difference with my card, the manager was rude and said they had a £5 minimum for card payments. After some back and forth, she reluctantly agreed to let me bring cash next time. I was not impressed with the customer service and probably won't be returning. The young waitress was lovely though, I felt sorry for her having to deal with the manager.
Whenever I have some time and need a good breakfast, I always go to savannah always politely and always full up!
I went to brunch with my boyfriend. We ordered bacon and eggs, as well as a small breakfast that included sausage, half a tomato, a piece of toast, bacon, and beans. I requested hash browns as an add-on and was charged 95p for just one. I felt the portion size was not worth the cost. The staff also lacked charisma; a smile can make a big difference.
The owner was very friendly as we walked by, on our way to a different place, came back after finding it too loud and busy, so very glad we did quick service, food was delicious and reasonably priced, first time here BUT not our...last...highly recommended
