Feedback gevenI try and avoid this Starbucks and use Muskogee as often as I can because of the customer service at this location. This AM took the cake.My husband and I rarely escape the teenagers on Sunday mornings and ventured out extra early to get ourselves a treat. We’ve both been independently to this location but never together since moving to BA 10 months ago.This morning my husband ordered his “basic girl” white chocolate mocha. I however prefer a much deeper flavor of coffee and ordered a Grande Nitro Cold Brew. I’m very particular and order it as follows, “Grande Nitro Cold Brew with a splash of heavy whipping cream, 4 shots of sugar free vanilla, and 5 Splenda.”As we pull up, Felicia approached the window moments later, as she hands my husband his coffee I say, “wow” as she just says, “here!” Then comes my drink which for obvious reasons I scorn at because I and my husband can already tell it’s wrong. My husband is a very passive person and doesn’t like to ruffle feathers. He will never have food or drinks taken back. I rarely do. But, this time he says, “excuse me, did you put heavy whipping cream in here?” She gives him the most God awful look. I went to hand it back to him. (passenger princess here) and she says, “I’m not taking it back-you can have a cup of heavy whip to add. I under my mom ball cap rolled my eyes in opposite direction of her.She then proceeds to allow us to in the driveway to concoct our OWN coffee watching me spill it all over my lap and my favorite white t-shirt before then handing him another Trenta cup to add to my now 3 cups! Not even offering napkins.So, for 3 minutes we sat in parking lot searching the car for napkins to clean me up before we went about our plans with now an embarrassing coffee stain on my clothes.We had full intent to get our Starbucks points to but that went out the window.I’m sorry Starbucks of BA but yall need do better!Update: we drove into Tulsa and stopped at 81st and Mingo and the wonderful crew there were respectfully understanding with my upset and allowed me to add some Splenda to my coffee and stir it inside.
This specific Starbucks is a HOT MESS!!! I door dashed and got a cup of hot water and I explained to the lady who made my order and tried to reorder my drink she hung up in my face thank God I called back and got Tristan he assisted but 6am to be that angry my gosh worst experience I ever had at a Starbucks go to the one down the street im telling u and they have no manager in staff for a week what is goin on here
When you’re on the go Starbucks is always a good choice!
Good place for a quiet mtg or to take a grand to get a special
Taking 15 minutes to make 4 drinks is unacceptable at any Starbucks, anywhere. It was Christmas Eve and I waited patiently for my delivery order. Then the manager tried to put other orders in front of mine, so I pointed out I’ve been waiting 15 minutes. She’s snapped back at me as if I was in the wrong for saying something. Completely classless . Starbucks is in the wrong.
