Taco Bell - Broken Arrow

Had some really good food here this evening. Ordered a number 7 extra chicken with mild sauce, my taco was fresh and not soggy and was super good. Lane at the drive in window really came trough.

Started out as a rough experience as my door dash order was wrong and my vegan wife and child couldn't eat it, so I had to drive up and swap it out myself. Manager was extremely empathetic, young man that helped me when I walked in and handed me my food at the end was professional, and while the time spent was an inconvenience I was grateful for them replacing my entire order and including some dessert for the mishap. Great experience, and they're always empathetic about my difficult order, which they usually get correctly.

I.has great food and good service, my favorite thing to eat there is the 5 layer burrito or a 5 dollar chuluppa box that they used to have
