Creams Cafe Bromley

On Monday, October 8th, my father, who suffers from a chronic health condition requiring frequent restroom breaks, attempted to use the facilities at Bromley Creams. However, he was met with hostility from an irate manager who insisted the restroom was for customers only. Despite my father's explanation of his illness, the manager was dismissive and rude. The manager's behavior was unacceptable, especially considering my father's condition. I had to intervene and remind the manager that I was waiting to make a purchase. After this unpleasant encounter, we chose to take our business elsewhere. This experience was upsetting and marred what was supposed to be a pleasant outing. The restaurant could have gained two customers if not for the hostile treatment we received. I hope that measures are taken to ensure that customers are treated with respect and consideration in the future.

Lovely food from here, very tasty and reasonably priced. Went with myself, husband and 8 year old daughter and we all enjoyed it. Would recommend

I came to this restaurant with my brother for dessert, craving a crepe. I chose toppings of caramel sauce, mixed nuts, Ferrero Rocher, and a side of ice cream. My brother opted for a waffle with peanut butter, nuts, caramel sauce, and whipped cream. The presentation was nice, but they initially gave me the wrong ice cream and forgot my Ferrero chocolate, despite it not being busy. I had expected the chocolate to be chopped on top, but it wasn't. The crepe was bland and the sauce was watery, lacking a true caramel flavor. It was an average dessert, and I likely wouldn't hurry to return. My brother felt the same. At nearly £9, it was quite expensive for the quality of the ingredients.

On July 9 at noon, I had an exceptional experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely accommodating and efficient in providing their services. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions served at such affordable prices. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning with my family, friends, and co-workers. Dr. Melvin Emnace de Guzman was a satisfied customer.

Some of the Workers are rued in Creams Bromley telling customers to f*ck of isn't the right customer service to give out to the customers. One of the Waiter a boy with glasses, I asked him for the order on how long it would take he went to ask the workers and they said 20 minutes but the only thing I ordered was a milk cookie dough, he apologized and my family told him that it isn't his fault he said that i check the order for you right away, also I went to the till and one of the workers completely ignored me on her phone while she was chatting to someone with her headphones in I asked her if she could take my order she said someone would be with you shortly I'm busy.
