Armandos Pizza - Brooklyn

I moved away from Starrett in 1991, but every time I visit family, I have to grab a few slices of their Sicilian pizza! It’s still the BEST NYC pizza I’ve had since 1972! The sauce is flavorful, there’s a generous amount of cheese, and the dough is crispy on the edges while remaining soft in the center. Every bite is delicious! I've even tried to promote them to New York Nico (I hope to see him and his crew here one day!) as well as on all the NYC pizza lists. Ray's, DiFara's, L&B, Luigi's—they can't compare to Armando's, and that’s the truth!

Fantastic burrata and pizza! Be sure to check out the daily specials and request a table in the wine room for a special experience. Reservations are essential. The ice cream cake for dessert was delicious, and the wine selection is outstanding.

The Chicken Bacon pizza was average. The 6-piece lemon pepper chicken wings were extremely salty; I could barely eat them. I probably won't be ordering from this place again.

I didn’t expect the pizza to taste salty, but I was still satisfied with my meal overall.

That pizza was absolutely fantastic! The sauce had a lovely sweetness to it. The lasagna was incredible as well!
