Best location to pick up ice cream cakes. They write well and always have a great selection. The custom cake I ordered from here came out amazing. Def best location to go to.

When I first stepped in I saw what i thought was a customer getting his order taken. I quickly got my pints from the freezer and waited behind him. I should have known this would be a bad experience when I found out that guy was just their friend chatting away. I noticed the floor was dirty/wet when I stepped into a puddle, the ice cream freezer was leaking. Anyway I asked for two cups of rainbow sprinkles.I heard a worker tell another worker they were running low on it but I thought nothing of that at the time. Whenever I come here they always fill my sprinkles to the top but this time it was filled barely halfway which I didn't notice until I was home. I paid 2.10 for these sprinkles so I am ticked off they didn't even fill it up. She could have charged me less and alerted me that there weren't enough sprinkles to fill it. This may seem like not a big deal but I only come here for the sprinkles. I can get cheaper and lower calorie ice cream elsewhere. The thing that cements my one star rating is the on the receipt it says I got 6 cups of sprinkles when I only got 2 which amounts to the overpriced 2.10 I paid.

We called ahead of time and we were told the store closed at 9pm. We entered the door at 8:52 to receive service. Unfortunately, the worker had a very nasty attitude and greeted us by stating, ?they?re our last customer?. Overall poor customer service.

My milkshake was so watery... I ask for a shake and I got milk . When I ask for it to be thicker , I was told that?s how it?s made but I come for a milkshake everyday being that my job is next door so I know that was a lie .

Not good, my first time in Baskin-Robbins ask the young lady if could put the ice cream side by side so it could be easy to each flavor she say no they pack it on each other which its three different flavors very disappointed ????
