Fresh bagels and ingredients that’s why the five stars but the service is unorganized and slow . If they wear a little more organized check out will be faster ! But overall amazing place

What a bunch of over privileged, self-absorbed people. I happen to frequent this location weekly, the people that work here may be immigrants, but make no mistake they work just as hard if not harder to get by and make your food. It’s absolutely disgusting reading these comments, and I pray that these people may one day find enlightenment. And as a matter of fact, they bake their bagels daily at 3am. I’m sorry that this bagel shop didn’t cure whatever may ail you, but please do us all a favor and go somewhere else instead of trying to denigrate hard working people.

Love this place! Great bagels. Usually I get a ev toasted, jalapeño Cc, LTB. It’s a banger. Take notes. Don’t sleep on the ginger shots.

Perhaps the worst bagels in quite brooklyn, with the coffee near. try as if everything was done with a splash of the tellerseife. have been overpriced as long as I know it (pushing 8 years) with little to no improvement. I'll try it in one or two years. they are better off with a bodega bagel

It is good to eat, but the check-out process is so slow! there is a staff that makes eating and they are so fast, but it takes 5 minutes per person to pay out. the credit card machine is slow and the check-out person must all ring up and make coffee while the eating people wait. it would be a much better experience if someone could help check the woman with the coffee and baked orders, so this could be a faster experience. I called in an order, but had to wait 15 minutes, once ready to pay only.
