The blackened catfish special was remarkably flavorful, highly recommend it alongside the baked Mac n Cheese if available. The barbecue shrimp special, on the other hand, left something to be desired. It was hardly reminiscent of real New Orleans barbecue shrimp. In fact, it was more akin to basic garlic buttered shrimp (i.e. little to no necessary Cajun seasoning) and notably dry. The restaurant itself is a cool spot with excellent ambience, I would try it again and

As a southerner, this wasn?t bad for New York.

Got a Crispy Chicken Sandwich excellent flavor, crunch and great value at $10 . The problem is the service. Another couple that was seated 10 mins after us got their food first. We waited 30 mins for my sandwich. They seemed understaffed and it took another 15 20min to get the check. We went another
Better than expected! Brooklyn, NYC fusion Jamaican restaurant across and up the street 2 blocks from Grand Army Plaza and the main library. Cheryls Global Soul is amazing. Centrally located in an upscale neighborhood. Mid 'sized with wheelchair roll-in access or street and patio outdoor seating. EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant team, who worked together to accommodate inside seating and as a group transferred me to my seat. Service was great, the brunch menu, typical of
