You can 't beat the mountain view and the thrill of watching airplane operations. On your lucky day, a couple of F18s will land, refuel, and launch towards the sky for your own private airshow. I recommend any of Dan 's signature sandwiches with onsite smoked pork or brisket. Try the quesadilla with extra pulled pork and jalapenos! If you are in early for a flight, top of your tank with a works breakfast burrito smothered in green chilli. A rotating special includes, a cuban sandwich, Texas cheese steak with sauteed onions and peppers, or my favorite the smoked meatball sub. Taking a flight out that day? Call in your order or just get there early it 's popular and they might not be able to crank out your order 15 min before your flight when there is a whole terminal full of people waiting to depart.

This is the best green chili I've discovered in the area, and they serve the most delicious breakfast burrito smothered in it. If you're nearby, this spot is definitely worth a visit!

I picked up a bowl of Pork Green Chili to go, and it was some of the best I've ever had—I've traveled extensively! We've stopped at this restaurant multiple times during our layovers with JSX to Dallas. The staff is wonderful, the food is great, and the views are absolutely stunning!
