Never order the shrimp skewer, my mother was served 5 shrimp, for 17 piasse, without rice, or salad, or vegetable as an accompaniment..an empty plate, I should have taken a photo....Have never return there, you have just lost 3 customers, not counting those who read this review. not to mention the service, barely received the starter, the main meal at the same time or almost. First off service was great! The things we did mention to our server, made it right within constraints. Those constraints was the food quality in the kitchen and she is not responsible for that. The chicken tenders were dry and small (guessing reheats). Fries were cold with almost every meal. Our table had three orders of chicken tenders and was not a one off. Coleslaw was hot or above room temperature. Ordered a rack 1/2 of ribs, and felt I was being penalized by receiving 3 small “ ends stacked together. The people who ordered a rack of ribs look glorious. Honestly the best bit on the table, wife was not digging her chicken tenders and wanted to try the cauliflower wings entree. And they were great! .Honestly they were amazing!!! Maybe don’t go on a Sunday? Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
The plates are very well presented, however the seafood is clearly not the specialty, everything was overcooked and cold, the starter of onion soup with beer (or were they the onions) not to mention that the taste was not there, the squid had a lot of breading but the cauliflower wings were excellent.. Plus it wasn't hot, the platter was $150... cold and the waiter even had to bring us a potato, leavened side tasted good but was cold, the flank steak was difficult to cut. Fortunately the warm pretzel with brownies ended the meal well. 1 hour wait to receive our dishes on a Saturday evening. Garlic bread was not very good, very dry. My father's burger was cold and my sister's was charred. Frozen coleslaw Very average service.. This branch was below average.
