Rôtisserie Scores - Brossard

Not as good as other locations. The service here was also lacking and we were dissapointed by the freshness of the soup and salad bar. I am a fan of this chain but unfortunately this location is a pass for me. Also our server was sweeping and mopping the floor while we were eating. I understand the restaurant wasn't busy at that time, so maybe seat customers on the other side of the restaurant and wait until existing ones are finished for you to clean. When we asked for the bill when our server was walking by (because he never checked on us), he didn't even turn around and say sure. 1 minute later he brought the bill, meaning he heard us ask for it but just decided to bring it and not acknowledge us when we asked for it? Very weird.

It was a great experience! Hight quality food and delicious as well. You also have the all-you-can-eat soup and salad bar as an option (extra costs). It's Worthy! I'm glad to have a Scores close to my home!

Good food, though everything was really on the salty side.

English speaking customers are not a priority at this location... you will not be served properly. Even delivery order taker will not be able to respond in the most simple of terms.You are better served at Bennys where the food is consistently done well and the service is not discreminatory. I hung up on them today and ordered somewhere else. Owners are not very bright in this area... they are experts at losing clients.

2 adults and 2 children went there for lunch on Monday. I must say service was slow for lunch time, we waited over 30 minutes to get our food. Our waiter informed us 20min after we had placed our order that the pad thai was no longer available. We had to return one of the kids burgers because we had specified no mustard sauce and it came drenched in it. They did rectify the situation fairly quickly. The salad bar was ok. This is not our first time here, I feel the quality of the food and service has gone down.
