Feedback gevenThe restaurant's terrace is located next to the Ara River and has excellent views of the Sorrosal waterfall. The food is great, we ordered some Andalusian calamari, a boletus risotto and some meatballs with mushroom sauce, all delicious. The staff is very nice and attentive, to repeat for sure. Just 10 meters away you have an access to the river that would be magnificent if it weren 't for that pipe that dresses the water.
I give it one star because it doesn't let me rate it without giving one. To begin with, it is called a Bar-Restaurant when it has nothing to do with a Restaurant. The only thing they have to eat are sandwiches and tapas. We sit at a table on the terrace commenting that we want to eat (leaving aside the waiting time until they come to ask us for a note) the waiter who comes brings us the drinks without glasses. We order to eat and when the first person says what he wants and asks if there is anything else, he says no, hoping to move on to the next diner, but the waiter leaves. We have to call him to tell him that the other diners also want to eat. They bring us one of the rations without having brought napkins, tablecloths or cutlery. Later they bring us the sandwiches, the horrible cheese loin, it didn't taste like anything, it lacked salt and the bread was terrible. The one with Iberian chorizo, without words, I leave a photograph as a sample. Apart from the fact that they bring the pieces of chorizo without removing the skin (something we had never seen in a bar-restaurant), one of the pieces had the final wire of the chorizo!! Normally I don't open the sandwich and look at it, but on this occasion I did and I was lucky enough to do so and see the wire, if you can't imagine. To report. The cleanliness of the toilets was conspicuous by its absence. Finally, they charge us €37 for a tapa of croquettes (4 units), 3 sandwiches and 3 soft drinks. A theft. A place I would never return to and would not recommend to anyone. We sat down because the place that surrounds it makes you want to be there, otherwise it would already be open and closed if it doesn't close soon. The only thing that would save me from here is the location of the place, in front of the river and at the entrance to the path to the waterfall. The scenery was worth it. The rest could be greatly improved: a skewer of tortilla with a burnt flavor (in fact, the bread with tomato was better than the tortilla), waiters with total apathy and the need to get up to ask the bar if you want to be served more or less fast. It is not a place I would return to. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: €1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
