Jak's Donuts - Broussard

Visited this bakery this morning at 8:30am to find a very bare case and non friendly workers. This is our second time coming here early and not getting what we thought they would have. We asked about cronuts and king cakes( none were ready to sell) and were told the cronuts would be done by 10:00am and we’d have to reserve them if we wanted one. I will not be patronizing this bakery again.

My children love to treat their teachers to Jak's donuts. I can call ahead and everything is ready when I arrive. However, yesterday the children decided at the last minute to grab donuts for the staff. I was still able to pull up and receive the same level of service on such a short notice. I was grateful, but I recommend calling ahead) Thank again for the stellar service.

The apple fritters are the best and the donuts are soft and fluffy.

My family loves Jak’s! The donuts are delicious and the staff is super friendly. It’s our favorite in Acadiana for sure.
