Dunkin' Donuts - Brownstown Township

Woman working was welcoming and alert, awake and helpful. Liked that I could walk inside, in addition to the drive-thru which I wanted a shake and wanted to know what flavors were available.Bit pricey for my large shake, but not obscenely so.

The staff is always so nice here. We never know what we want and I have no Idea why every time we go back, we suddenly forget we have ever been there and have no idea what to get! They are always patient with us. The doughnuts here always seem fresher then other Dunkins I have been too. I don't know if they are just really busy but if they are they must be very fast because we rarely have to wait in line. I will say we go at odd times though.

Doughnuts were fresh tasting. The staff member working the counter looked annoyed that I was even standing in front of her.

Today’s Dunkin’s visit was disappointing. Slow service, unfriendly staff, and a dismissive response when I raised concern about exposed donuts and flies. Hoping for an improvement.
