I went to the window. In the window I ordered and said they didn't have what my wife wanted. I appreciate what Chic-fil-A stands for. But that was bad. No fan.
They were not autism-friendly today. My son wanted a child's meal and the ride thru Lady asked 8cnt or 5cnt. My son said very enthusiastic 8, the lady I'm sorry we only 5. So to an autistic child, that is how to give him something and then take it away. My son began to be annoyed. So I explained to the lady, and she said she can't change my order. asked the manager, came back and said that she cannot change my order. Finally, I said, I can count for an 8 and you in the child's meal. She said no. I said I could eat it myself in the kids? I explained this to the manager, Isaiah Leal, who said in a repulsive tone, “but you have your 8count.” They don't care how children are treated in this place and we don't come back. Childhood: Non autism friendly
Never got our drinks after they reminded them that they drank that they didn't care that they just gave them to me. Manager doesn't care at all. My mom waited for her coffee and never got it until she mentioned it to the manager and he gave her only one refund no coffee.
Great customer service i was just sitting down and they offered for a refill without me having to get up
Lord's chicken is great every time they get the order right. Make sure to double check your items when you order a salad. They tend to mess it up
