Garlic Hot - Broxtowe

I have ordered several meals from this place and they arrive quickly to my door. Food is nice. Chap on the phone taking the order is friendly. They are also happy to add any extras that are not on the menu.

Had the leaflet come through the door a couple of months ago and finally got round to ordering a curry tonight. Read the reviews and nearly cancelled the order, but decided to give it a go anyway. And boy are we glad we did. The food took about 25minutes to arrive after we ordered through Just Eat as they were matching the offer on Garlic Hot's website. The onion bahji's were lovely and crispy lacked taste a bit but were still nice. Plenty of sauce on the dip tray accompanying the poppadoms and nice fresh salad boxes. My chicken tikka was beautiful plenty of juicy chicken breast in a lovely tasting sauce we had jalfrezy too which was hotter than expected but still full of flavour. Peshwari Nan and garlic cheese Nan faultless. Cooked and flavoured to perfection. The only downside to it all is that there was too much food and now we are uncomfortably full as we couldn't leave it alone!! Friendly delivery driver too and arrived nice and hot. Great prices and quick delivery this is definitely our first choice for Indian take away now.

Don't waste your hard earnt cash on the awful bland and watery dishes these muppets will give you. Have used Garlic Hot for several years before it changed hands (and menu) but risked them afterwards would've rather had pot noodle and saved 30 quid! AVOID!

We were so excited to try this place when the takeaway menu came through the post, as the menu looked amazing and we love a good Indian. Sadly the onion bhajis were undercooked and soggy, the naan bread tasted greasy and the butter chicken was watery and bland. We also didn't get any free poppodoms and chutneys which I thought was a bit mean as we are new customers. We ordered through the Just Eat App and the food arrived within 20 minutes of ordering and the delivery guy told us to order through their website instead next time as we would get 20% off. Sadly there won't be a next time. Shame.

Great food every time we visit. Had chicken madras nice and hot with good chunks of meat. The kofta balls are a great veg option
