Meat empanada is good especially with the Chile of tomato that accompanies it. Churrasco meat has a delicious smoky taste, bread is well filled with guacamole, tomato and cheese, half is well enough for a lunch. On the other hand, what the hell is that?
Went there for a quick bite in the evening with a friend and I was not disappointed! First of all, the restaurant does not pretend to be a Mexican restaurant. It's Latin American and serves a bit of everything so if you're aiming for authentic Mexican food then there are better places to go. We had the guacamole and tortilla chips while waiting for our mains: the chicken tacos and the El Verde chickenburger. All dishes were tasty and fresh and the service was quick enough. I would recommend this place if you're in the area and looking for something quick and tasty. The venue is not made for long and cosy dining, but that doesn't have to be a problem.
I like this place and the welcome we are offered. Latin American dishes are varied avex many vegetables, salads, tomatoes. Whether you like meat or be a vegetarian you will find your happiness: Juice and fruit cocktails are succulent. A little sunlight on the square and we are at the angels:
I have been here twice for lunch (it is near my office). Both times I have ended up with horrific food poisoning (out sick for two days and vomiting over 8 hours) from eating the chicken tacos. I was unsure from the first time if the Tacos were the culprit so I went again, and the second time the chicken looked under-cooked so I microwaved it in my office, but still ended up ill. Another colleague said they also got food poisoning here on another occasion.
I find the opinions a little stern. Perso, it's worth a 3.5. It's good and tasty for lunch at noon. It's not worth a star in Gault and Miault, but we're not going for that either. You want a little South America, you'll get a little. Enjoy!
