Baskin-robbins - Buckeye

From the time I walked in it took 6 minutes to be acknowledged by one of the two employees. From the time I finally received some service it was obvious that she hated her job and did not even want to be there. Then the 2 employees arguing in front of customers over wanting to leave early because she has things to do and the other one saying she needed to have found coverage to leave early and then ice cream scoops are being slammed into the receptacle used between scoops of ice cream. It was extremely uncomfortable for me having to wait to be serviced by very immature and unprofessional people. There needs to be a responsible adult to oversee these employees that are clearly too immature to even be working.

I love going to baskin Robbins in Buckeye to get my tradicional chocolate chip Shake but today there was an employee named cassie who was being really rude. She misunderstood my order and as I nicely asked for her to remake it, she proceeded to give so much attitude. Shaking her head consistently and giving off little smirks in the most sarcastic way. I felt really uncomfortable that I just wanted to get my drinks and leave.

Whoever the night shift is when I walked in at 9p, the 2 girls working were totally out of it and more interested in cleaning to close up for the night then being friendly or acknowledging the customers. Excellent training opportunity for sure, that?s if they even care about being there in the first place But hey at least the ice cream is delicious, next time I?ll have it delivered though ????

The staff that worked tonight was very friendly and handled a nice group of people waiting. The location was clean and inviting....

Nice place really clean love the customer service ice cream was delicious I grew up with BR and there only few left in town I?m so happy they have one in Buckeye now thank you BK
