I would go back and recommend this place in any case.
The restaurant should be a home for artists as it is in the possession of the so-called uniter, so we went there with a few artists, friends. even though we demanded a reservation, nobody noticed us when we arrived there, more than half an hour until I was looking for a waiter. the young girl was kind, although clumsy and we really wondered weather she is a waitress or not. menu looks good and is not cheap at all. from the weeping on the list there were only 3 white available (of course the most expensive ones I still wonder if that was only because we were out of the country) of course the service was unhappy and did not even ask if someone would like to taste the wee. the mineral water was served in the plastic bottles and it was one of the cheapest local labels that they can find in the super market. eating looked good, but tasted awful. everything was oil-cuffed and tasted like the Hungarian language, but with less salt. at this time they forgot to bring the sose for it. you had to go and ask for it. also one had to fill the glasses alone and the empty plates were not taken. an hour later they started getting nervous and it was obvious that they wanted us to go. we asked for the bill and wanted to pay with the card (which they wrote, they accept) it was in fact not accepted with the apology that the card reader would not work, so that we paid cash and waited for the change. but the waitress did not have the intention to change for more than 40 minutes, time in which they began to turn off light and music out, so we asked for it and they almost screamed us the weather we are not aware that on this bill there are no service tax included, but 10% is normal in this country. now the bill was really high and service was no. then she throws us the change, but not everything and started to talk angry with her coleague. this place is an absolute no go!
Had lunch here on Sunday food was very good and portion size was satisfying. Restaurant is nicely decorated with tables outside staff was very friendly and spoke English. Prices were average for Bucharest, will definitely return here in the next week while in...Romania.
I was out with some friends at le theatre. Nice place with a nice atmosphere, some guy playing the piano. The food however was simply terrible. I ordered pancakes with salmon and cognac sauce. This was the description in the menu. I got pancakes that...were filled with the saltiest salmon i ever tasted and with some cheese on top and cooked in the oven. Only taste available was the salt in the salmon. Nothing else. All the other people were discontent about the food. Rather big prices and horrible food. You can go there for drinks and for the atmosphere but don't order food.

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE NO GO!
