Proof Liquor Deli - Buda

What a fun spot! I came here for a quick lunch and got the smokin' bird. It was delicious! The staff was friendly. There were a few places to sit inside and outside. I will definitely be coming back!

The variety of sandwiches offers a nice variety of choices. When we need a change from our own home cooking, we go to Proof for sandwiches!

This place is a hidden GEM! the soup sandwiches are amazing! To be fair, this review was accidentally stuck in my drafts for awhile, so I can't remember what I got exactly, but I remember being impressed by the quality and taste. The staff was friendly and helpful, they're active on social media with what's new and things to try. Can't wait to go back!

I heard about this place from one of the locals. It's a liquor store and they have deli inside. As I was told, the sandwich is fantastic and the lady working there was very friendly and attentive. If I'm back in this area, this is a place to stop for lunch 100%!!!
