The seafood is incredibly fresh and delicious. The portion sizes are large, so be careful when ordering. Dress casually and appreciate the warm and friendly service.

Friendly roadside eatery with excellent service & easy wheelchair access. My wife's fish was cooked nicely & the simple salad's were made fresh with good, basic ingredients. My mixed friend seafood was more of a club dish than something I would expect in a restaurant.

Have visited this restaurant several times and it is one of our favorites. Tonight, for the first time, we tried their takeaway fish and chips and were delighted with the quality, quantity and price. For $15, we had ample fish and chips, of restaurant quality, for two people and we will certainly use their takeaway service again.

We were excited to try a seafood meal on the Sunshine Coast based on the good reviews, but we were ultimately let down. It's possible they were just having an off night or that the usual chef wasn't working. We ordered the seafood platter, which had received positive reviews. On the upside, our waitress was very friendly and attentive, and the natural oysters from Coffin Bay were delicious. However, the kilpatrick oysters were overcooked. The king prawns and bugs were the biggest disappointments - the prawns looked good but had little flavor, and the bugs were tasteless. There was no fish as mentioned in previous reviews, and the smoked salmon portion was minuscule. The salt and pepper squid was decent but slightly undercooked. Overall, we were left questioning how this restaurant had received all the positive feedback.

Five of us went here for dinner. We decided to forego entrees so we could have dessert. Three of us shared a chef's suggestion seafood platter - hot & cold seafood - so very fresh & so very delicious! One had barramundi #3 - excellent! The fifth member of our group had the red snapper with Moreton bay bugs & garlic prawns - also very delicious. Chef came out several times to chat which was a lovely touch to the evening. The staff were very friendly and professional. We then indulged in sticky date pudding and a Turkish delight pavlova - both to die for!! We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and definitely recommend this restaurant. We shall return!
