The main attraction, in addition to meat, of course, is fries. We have not yet discovered the secret, but I still think of those potatoes they call soufle, these are cut into four, more or less inflated. When you arrive at the table and taste them you can notice the wonderful combination that is created when tasting these crispy potatoes on the outside, and creamy and soft on the inside. We ate a ration of more of these fries and left the restaurant rolling. We order the tourist menu, which consists of a type of incoming, the main dish and dessert.
