Red Lobster - Buffalo

Not only did I dine at Red Lobster, but I also worked there in the 1980s. I must say, it was the cleanest and most conscientious restaurant I had ever worked in. Over the years, I had worked in various types of restaurants, from fancy 4-star establishments to steak houses, chains, cafeterias, and all-you-can-eat dining venues. However, Red Lobster surpassed them all in terms of quality, cleanliness, care, and compensation. They offered some of the best benefit packages, which is rare in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

I can't believe they closed after all these years. It may have been a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for in this world.
