Vin Chet is a delightful find for anyone who needs to avoid gluten. All items are made in house in a Certified GF kitchen. The bakery churns out basics like bread including Rye; bagels; and dinner and sub rolls. Their almond rings, variety of cookies , cupcakes

I’m not a Buffalo/WNY local, so I found VIN-Chet online when I needed a gluten free bakery. I was so excited to know that everything they make and sell is GF, so we could definitely accommodate and celebrate our GF family. If I hadn’t been told the cupcakes and cookies were GF, I never would have guessed. Everything we bought was DELICIOUS! Next time I’m in town, I’ll be back to VinChet for more treats.

Came into store for the first time in a very long time not know much about gluten free. Started looking around and picking out a few things when Nancy came over and greeted my husband and myself. She was sooo very friendly and helpful. Thank you Nancy for all your help today.

I was staying at a nearby hotel that had no gluten free options for breakfast. Fortunately, I found this place! The young lady at the counter was friendly and answered my questions and even made some recommendations. I purchased two donuts, the best blueberry muffin I’ve ever eaten, and a box of the most delicious butter cookies. I wish there was a Vin-Chet in Louisiana!
