Feedback geven9pm and they make walk up customers that want to sit and enjoy a meak order thru the drive thru and wait on the street for thier order. Bk is effd if this is how thier company is run.
Don't plan on eating here after 10pm. The dining room was locked and closed. No hours posted on the door and hours posted online just says open to midnight. Can't rate the food since I couldn't eat.
I just have to brag on this location. My kids are younger so when they have to go they have to go!. Usually the lobby is clean at most locations so that's kind of expected. But everything here is clean including the bathrooms. I was super surprised. Last thing I like doing is taking my kids in a gross bathroom to sit on nasty toilets. This place is completely on point with their cleanliness. Thank you for doing such a great job ? ?.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Awful customer service, the place stinks, the food was cold and terrible, the employees were disgusting themselves.I tried to be nice about an order mistake on their end, only to be basically yelled at. The issue was not rectified even though it was a mistake on their end. I had to pay for it. Once we finally got our food, we were stared at the entire time we ate.When we went to leave, i spoke directly to the one staring at us the whole time and said “if you have time to lean, you have time to clean. This place is grimey.” I was then told that they were going to call the police. LOL.In all my years of customer service I’ve never seen any employees act so rude and disrespectful from the start. And let’s be real, my expectations for a Burger King were already pretty low, so it was incredibly shocking that it could be that disappointing.
2nd shift manger for January 8th...why do you ask me if there is any sauce I want, when I tell you yes HONEY BBQ...you gave me everything but what I asked for. ?1st shift is much better, keep up the great work first shift. ?1st shift keeps the drive thru moving a in and out ya go.
