Panera Bread

Over priced food and portions are smaller than I remember! I know this review will absolutely mean nothing to them and I know they won’t do anything about it. Also just ordered 3 bagels took them 20 minutes past my to go notification?‍.

A Panera like no other. The food at these places is generally all the same. This one is different it is remarkably clean. Every part of the restaurant was spotless, even the restroom. Service is fast and friendly. Here's the kicker: on a Sunday (Christmas Eve to be exact) the store's General Manager was making rounds thanking guests for their business and checking on things. He could have easily scheduled himself off or just hid behind the wall like most of them do. This one was out working and engaging customers. Second in week been there and their system was down to get rewards. Not good.

Cardboard tastes. Think mall kiosk, at a luxury price point. I'd rather eat the cardboard.

I will never eat at one again. How yall going to let an employee steal someone money and don’t do anything about it or even fire them?!?! I’ll take my business elsewhere.
