How have I just found out about this place? Love how quiet it is, parking is super easy too!

First of all YUM! Very tasty breakfast! And second of all, FUN aesthetic! The vibe is there and the staff are fantastic! Food is amazing! Hidden gem!Freaky Fried Chicken and Waffles are to die for!

Worked here for almost a year (I'm sure regulars would recognize me, they knew me by name) and have never been more disrespected by a boss till i worked at Charlie's. Enrique was the meanest boss I've ever had. He made sexist comments after being told to stop. He would throw tantrums when he didn't get what he wanted. He'd fire someone because they didn't agree with him on some silly thing. He knew you needed the job so he would threaten to fire you if you asked for a day off, anything.Modern HR upstairs that runs the company is even worse. They hide and delete your paperwork. Some employees where being stolen from, not getting paid what they're owed. They will delete negative reviews from all their sites so you can't hear how badly they've treated people.Over all: Don't support a business that treats their employees like this.

This place can be summarized with one word… fine. The food was just a notch above bland, the vibe is very Anglo-geriatric, and the location doesn’t really justify going. They try hard though. Service is great. I will say that the hash browns were the saving grace.
