Pepe's Mexican - Burbank

Good food but too any rules. It's a sign for everything in there. I just want to order not read a long list of rules and regulations. I am a customer not an employee.

I went for a quick lunch alone. The food and service were great and it was a lunch special price so just perfect. For the price of fast food you could get a really delicious meal at Pepe's.

Bought two tampiqueñas. Im Not a fan. Meat was salty and more on the dry side even for Medium steak. Everything looks old on plate. I also had the guava margarita and did not enjoy it. Flavorless. The pineapple jarrito was the best thing of the night

Great food and service. On July 1st, a different situation happened. We ordered online. The system said the order should be ready by approximately 6:20 pm. Unfortunately, it seems that they had not started our order until I arrived and told them of itbecause the food was not ready until 6:32 pm. While still good, the wrappers were soaked. The elote was possibly missingcheese. The salsa was fine, and as far as I know, there has been NO discount or refund offered for such horrible service. Mytake away from this is do not order online from here! If you must, plan on giving them an extra 20 minutes to wait for yourfood. Oh, and by the way, they have customers rude enough to eat in their car in the front of the restaurant rather than driveto the back and get out of way incoming customers. Just an FYI to the manager.
