Safeway - Burien

Worst customer service. I came to get money order and I waited 30 minutes and no one came for me. I talked to the employee Alysia but she happened to be the manager for the day and she talked to me rudely saying that she first has to see all the customers in the registers which the the line never ends. She could have quickly closed the line, served me as I was the only one waiting in line to do money order but I kept standing there waiting for her. When she came to do the money order, instead of explaining or even just doing the money order for me she started yelling at me. Safeway either needs to train her or fire her.

This store has so many issues. It has a very poor and limited selection compared to every Safeway I have ever been too, even when it come to Safeways own specialties, like soups, fresh deli items, Chinese food, etc. there are no shopping baskets, and not enough shopping carts. I feel like the owners just let it be a ghetto Safeway because it’s in an area with some people who are lower income. The store is sad and needs drastic improvement.

Discount meat section is usually plentiful and a highlight. It's across the street from the bus station and the parking lot is full of transients that often walk out with full carts of unpaid for items... no hand baskets because they've all been stolen. I often help homeless by asking if there's anything essential I can help buy them, but there are also plenty of rude people that will harass you on your way in and/or out. I've had people demand that I get them items and have seen several fights near the entrances. I try to get back to my car as soon as possible to avoid being broken into, especially at night.

Chaos!!! Pure Chaos!!! Some guy came in said he was just looking for a charger for his phone but the workers kept fukn with him, yelling profusely as he started throwing everything off the shelves to the floor There was no employees to help anybody else not even at the check stands Yeah to say the least It

The safeways on 128th. Has the nicest managers&Baristas. Everyone is very nice. Thanks Safeways for always being there....
