This place is a must-try if you love great customer service and the best pizza every time.
I am a regular customer of this restaurant and am usually very satisfied with my orders. The food is delicious, the delivery is quick and the staff is friendly. However, I was disappointed tonight when I decided to try the chicken platter and found that I only received 3 1/2 small tenders for the price of $11. I don't think I will be ordering that again, but everything else about my experience was perfect.
We ordered a spinach flatbread pizza and my daughter went to pick it up. When she returned and I opened the box, I could tell right away without even touching the pizza that it was overcooked and the spinach was crispy. The pizza was also broken up in the box. This was a disappointing experience and not good business practice. We called right away but there was no answer. When I checked online, it said the restaurant closed at 10:30pm but when we got there, it was already closed at 9:45pm. We will save the pizza as is and return tomorrow for a refund. It doesn't make sense to pay $15 for something that looks terrible. We will not be ordering from there again and I will be contacting the corporate office.
I was first blown away how good their pizzas were until I tried the thin crust. I had traveled over Vocelli to friends and family and was super excited to be dinner on my way to pick up: a thin crust garlic spinach pizza? the regular crust is YUM, and one side of the bread sticks. It was disappointing to open the box and be greeted by a burned wheel with black onions and super hard crust! I called her and the manager basically said I ordered thin crust on garlic spinach and they all turn like that. LOL Well, in this case, maybe they SHOULD NOT PROVIDE a thin crust option for an absolutely magnificent regular crust pizza. No one commands her food that it is a burned wheel with ashy onions and then wrongly apologizes for the order. And the breadsticks were super thin and crisp.. I almost wonder if the guy left her in the oven too long. Somehow I'm super disappointed. There's another pizza link I love.
